良好作业规范简称"GMP"(Good Manufacturing Practice),被视为食品安全生产的基础,饮料加工工厂的卫生设计是新建和改建、扩建工厂是否能达到GMP的重要内容之一。就饮料加工工厂在选址、总平面布置、工艺设计、建筑和公用设施设计时应重视的卫生设计做以阐述。
"GMP"(Good Manufacturing Practice)is regarded as the basis for safe food production,and hygiene design is one of the key points enabling the new construction,expansion or reconstruction of a beverage plant to meet "GMP".Hygiene design was reviewed which should be focused on in site selection,general layout,technological design,construction as well as the design of utilities for a beverage plant.
