Design of Traffic Signs and Markings in France Road Traffic Engineering

研究目的:道路交通标志、标线是交通安全设施的一个重要组成部分,是最有效的引导车辆规范行驶的方式之一,可显著降低交通事故,提高交通效率。本文简要介绍了法国交通工程标志、标线的一些基本设计原则、理念及使用材料,希望能为我国公路设计工作者对海外公路项目设计提供有益的借鉴。研究结论:(1)为便利国际道路交通和提高道路的安全性,法国道路标志系统的建立遵循联合国制定的《道路交通公约》与《道路交通标志与信号公约》;(2)非洲公路交通工程体系一般采用欧洲国家标准;(3)我国交通工程体系与国外存在一定差异,但正在逐步与国际接轨;(4)我国标线施工机械与材料研制起步晚,与发达国家有一定的差距,应加大开发力度。

Research purposes： Road are the most effective way of guiding traffic signs and markings are important vehicle along the way, which also can parts in the Traffic safety facilities, they significantly reduce traffic accidents and improve transport efficiency. In this paper,, introduced some basic design principles, concepts and materials in french traffic engineering, which can be useful to China~ highway designer and be helpful to develop overseas highway project. Research conclusions： （ 1 ） For the purpose of facilitating regional Traffic and improving road safety, France joined the ＂Convention on Road Traffic＂ and ＂Convention on Road Signs and Signals＂ which were formulated by United Nations . （2） Traffic system in Africa road usually adopted the Europe standards. （3） There are some differences between homeland and oversea in traffic engineering system, but it is gradually in line with oversea＇ s. （4） The construction machine and materials of traffic markings are developed more slowly in our country, there is disparity with the developed countries, and we should accelerate the development step in research area.
