研究目的：在中国出版业的变革时期，适应当前非时政类期刊改革的大趋势，分析在数字技术和网络技术迅速应用于科技媒体形势下科技期刊的位置，分析科技期刊对于企业科技创新的推动作用和作用方式的继承与创新，分析企业与期刊改革的关系，以探索科技期刊改革的方向和所需的外部环境。研究结论：（1）科技期刊的研究对象与行业技术进步及企业科技创新在诸多角度有共生性和互补性；（2）科技期刊为企业技术创新成果提供的存史、总结、确认、宣示的平台和科学的技术创新成果评价平台；在引导前瞻性研究，促进科技信息的获取，科技人才的培养等方面，对推动行业技术发展和企业技术创新是行之有效的。（3）科技期刊发展的改革对企业科技创新形成了新的推动力。科技期刊的国际化、数字化和规模化对科技期刊及其主办企业的发展都是极好的机遇。需要科技期刊和企业科技管理部门重新思考和研究对策。

Research purposes： In order to suit the general trend of the current reform of the non - current - politics journal during the reform period of the publication industry in China, this paper analyzes the position and function of the sci -tech journal under the situation that the digital technology and network technology have been applied in the sci - tech medium, analyzes the carrying on and innovation of the promotion mode and effects of the sci - teeh journal on the sci - tech innovation of the enterprise and also analyzes the relation between the enterprise and the journal reform so as to discuss the reform direction of the sei - tech journal and the external environment necessary for the journal reform. Research conclusions： （ 1 ） In many fields, there are the symbiosis and complementarity among the research object of the sci - tech journal, the sci - teeh innovation of the industry and sci - tech innovation of the enterprise. （2） The sci - tech journal can be as the platform of recording, summarizing, affirming and showing the achievements of the sci - tech innovation of the enterprise and it also can be as the platform of evaluating the achievements of the sci - tech innovation. The internahionalization, digitization and scalization of the sci - tech journal offer a good opportunity to the development of the journal and the sponsor enterprise. So it is necessary for the sci - tech journal and the sci - teeh management department of the enterprise to rethink and study the new countermeasures.
