摘要 目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者围术期血浆非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)和hs-CRP的影响。方法选择67例UAP患者,根据是否接受介入治疗分为PCI治疗组和对照组,比较两组入院和出院时的血浆ADMA、hs-CRP浓度。结果两组入院时血浆ADMA和hs-CRP水平均无统计学差异,出院时对照组上述指标均无明显改变,PCI治疗组显著降低(P均<0.01);血浆ADMA和hs-CRP浓度呈正相关(r=0.870,P=0.000)。结论 UAP患者行PCI治疗能尽早有效地控制冠状动脉的炎症反应和促进内皮的修复。 Objective To observe the effect of pereutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) on plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in unstable angina pectoris (UAP) patients during perioperative period. Methods Sixty-seven UAP patients were enrolled in this experiment, and were divided into PCI group and control group according to whether received PCI or not. Fasting ulnar vein blood was drew from all padents at admission and discharge. The concentration of plasma ADMA was measured by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and the concentration of plasma hs-CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetry. Results There was no difference of plasma concentration of ADMA & hs-CRP between two groups at admission. At patients' discharge, the plasma concentration of ADMA & hs-CRP of PCI group was much lower than that of control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the baseline level at admission, the concentration of ADMA and hs-CRP of the control group didn' t change statistically at discharge, while that of the PCI group decreased statistically( P 〈 0.01 ). There was positive correlation between plasma concentration of ADMA and hs-CRP (r = 0.870, P = 0.000). Conclusion The therapy of PCI facilitates the controlling of inflammatory reaction and the restoration of endothelium of coronary artery in UAP patients at an early date.
