超声定位在血透患者颈内静脉双腔导管置管术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估超声定位在血透患者颈内静脉双腔导管置管术中的应用价值。方法对78例需行颈内静脉双腔导管置管术的血液透析患者术前行超声定位(超声组),并与30例按传统盲穿行颈内静脉双腔导管置管术(对照组)的患者进行对比。结果超声组穿刺成功率为100.0%(78/78),高于对照组穿刺成功率的93.3%(28/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声组的穿刺时间为(5.0±1.8)min,明显短于对照组的(12.5±2.5)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);超声组患者未出现明显并发症,对照组皮下血肿、误穿动脉各1例(6.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超声定位在颈内静脉双腔导管置管术中应用简便、安全,成功率高,并发症少,有极高的临床实用价值。
