摘要
相对速率检验是检验分子钟假设正确与否的一种有效工具。本文简要介绍了该方法的基本原理 ,提出了一个新的序列差异计算矩阵 ,并应用 Visual Basic语言编制了一个相对速率检验程序。
In the present paper,the basic principle of relative- rate test was introduced briefly.A new method for computing N values ( differences of nucleotides) between two sequences based on the IU- PAC- IUB Code was proposed,and a Visual- Basic program was developed for the relative- rate test.
