摘要
分析了西霞院水库的设计指标与运用方式,提出了西霞院水库汛期优化调度的措施:①汛限水位不限,即在小浪底水库蓄水运用、下泄水流较清时,对西霞院水库采取汛限水位动态控制运用;②死库容不死,即利用西霞院水库设计淤积的死库容调节泥沙,协调进入黄河下游的水沙关系,减少黄河下游河槽淤积的可行性;③尽快开展小浪底和西霞院水文站的建设与研究,以满足黄河防汛、抗旱、调水调沙的要求。
By analyzing the designed parameters and current operation of Xixiayuan Reservoir,the paper proposes an optimized operation for the reservoir during flood season,which consists of three dimensions.Regarding flood control water level,the water stored in Xixiayuan Reservoir can be necessarily allowed to be higher than the normal flood control water level in the case of non-flood season and non-water-and-sediment regulation periods.Regarding reservoir storage,the designed dead storage of Xixiayuan Reservoir can be used to regulate sediment outflow to the Yellow River downstream which can be helpful in coordinating flow and sediment dynamics and therefore to reduce the filling-up in the river downstream channel.Regarding hydrologic measurement,it is proposed to conduct further research and necessary construction updating on gauging station to meet the requirements for flood control,draught mitigation and integrated water and sediment regulation.
