水资源承载能力的族图分析方法探讨

Study on the Relationship Diagram Analytical Method of Carrying Capacity of Water Resources

通过水资源承载能力评估模型,详细探讨水资源承载能力与水资源可供水量、用水效率、生活福利水平等的关系,并给出具体的分析图及模型求解思路。实例分析结果表明:要实现中国广西北部湾经济区的经济社会发展目标,必须提高GDP用水效率和生活用水效率,2005—2030年万元GDP耗水量平均年下降7.2%,人均生活耗水量平均年下降1.7%。

The relations between the carrying capacity of water resources and available water capacity,water efficiency,welfare level,etc are studied by the model of carrying capacity of water resources,and the analytical diagram and computational thinking of method are put out.The results of the case study indicate that GDP water consumption and domestic water use efficiency must be improved to meet the economic and social development goals in the Beibu Gulf Economy Zone of Guangxi.During the period of 2005-2030,the annual water consumption per 10 000 Yuan GDP decreases at an average rate of 7.2% and per capita domestic water consumption decreases at a rate of 1.7%.
