摘要
为了提供低学习成本,易上手的教学实验所用的可编程控制器,研制出一种基于ATmega128单片机实现的教学用可编程控制器。该系统通过上位机对其编程,可将上位机发送的指令按顺序存在下位机的E2PROM中。编程结束后可摆脱上位机的控制独立工作,根据自行设计的指令系统执行。该仪器可完成24路通用开关量逻辑控制,8路大功率开关量逻辑控制,8路A/D转换,液晶屏显示等功能。通过课程实验教学环节的实施检验,显著提高了教学效果。
The teaching programmable logic controller based on microcontroller was developed.The system could be programmed by the upper computer,and it was able to save the instructions from the upper computer to EEPROM of lower computer in order.After programming,it could escape the control of upper computer to work independently according to the self-designed instruction system.This instrument could control 24 general-purpose switch signals or 8 high-power switch signals,cover 8-channel analog signals to digital signals,and display on LCD.The instrument improved the teaching effect obviously in the experimental course such as modern optical-electro-mechanical systems.
