日本中小学道德教育途径和方法对“三生教育”的启示

The Reference of Education Approaches and Methods of the Moral Education in the Elementary and Secondary Schools in Japan to "Sansheng Education" in China

"三生教育"主张通过多种途径、多种方法进行,其途径和方法同日本中小学道德教育有相似之处,但在具体实施层面还不够成熟。当代日本中小学道德教育可供"三生教育"借鉴的途径和方法主要有:统合所有教育时间和活动,制定学校、家庭和社会三位一体的教育体制;让学生接触自然和社会,通过活动增强学生的实践体验;根据国情、地区特点及学生思想状况,有针对性地设置课程;突出学生主体性,加强师生的交流和沟通;等等。

There are various sorts of approaches and methods advocated by ＂Sansheng Education＂.Some of them are similar to the moral education in elementary and secondary schools in Japan.Yet,so far there is not enough practical experience in this education mode.The approaches and methods we can learn from Japan include formulating all education time and activities,uniting the school,family and social education trinity systems,encouraging students to go into nature and society in order to strengthen their practical experience,setting up the courses based on the actual situations of nation,region and student characteristics,and strengthening the communication between teachers and students with the focus on student corpus.
