从科研兴校看中小学教育科研的应然回归

摘要 科研兴校的本质内涵和本真价值是提高学校教学质量和育人水平。当前,中小学校长对科研兴校的认识及所采取的举措将直接影响甚至决定全校教师的教学科研行为。有鉴于此,学校校长应思考和研究教育教学中存在的问题,确定学校科研的核心课题,指导教职员工开展科研。科研兴校最行之有效的方法就是举全校教师之力,以有效教学为目标,开展学校的核心课题研究。 The essential connotation and value of developing school with scientific research is to improve the teaching quality and education standard.Nowadays,the recognition and measures for developing school with scientific research from headmasters in elementary and secondary schools influence and even determine the scientific research of all the teachers.For this reason,the headmasters have to think about and study the problems in the education and teaching,determine the core subjects of scientific research,and guide the development of scientific research for teachers.The most effective approach for developing school with scientific research is developing the research of core subjects for school with effective teaching approaches and the effort of all the teachers.
