GC法测定烧伤灵酊中右旋龙脑的含量

Content Determination of D-borneol in Shaoshangling Tincture by GC

目的:建立测定烧伤灵酊中右旋龙脑含量的方法。方法:采用气相色谱法。以水杨酸甲酯为内标物,采用氢火焰离子化检测器,分流进样,进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为280℃,N(2载气)流速为45mL.min-1,H(2燃气)流速为40mL.min-1,空气(助燃气)流速为450mL.min-1。结果:右旋龙脑的检测浓度在0.2～0.7mg.mL-1范围内同其与内标的峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为98.75%,RSD=1.52%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于烧伤灵酊的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE：To establish the method for the content determination of D-borneol in Shaoshangling tincture.METHODS：GC method was adopted.FID detector was used with methyl salicylate as internal standard for sample injection;the injector temperature was 200℃ and the FID detector temperature was 280℃;the flow rates were 45 mL·min-1 for carrier gas（N2）,40 mL·min-1 for fuel gas（H2） and 450 mL·min-1 for assistant fuel gas（air）.RESULTS：The linear range of D-borneol was 0.2～0.7 mg·mL-1（r=0.999 8）with an average recovery of 98.75%（RSD=1.52%,n=9）.CONCLUSION：The method is simple,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used as the quality control for this preparation.
