To integrate the characteristics and practical teaching experience of light industry engineering, the course of ＂Colloid and Interface Chemistry＂ focuses on the several aspects of its teaching reform from the teaching content, teaching methods and practical teaching methods to examination. The major of light industry engineering and the curriculum of ＂Colloid and Interface Chemistry＂ need the new training mode, which called for enhancing the ＂Colloid and Interface Chemistry＂ education reform program, measures and policy recommendations. The study can be oriented to enhance optimization of related courses to provide useful information.
