摘要
本文结合轻化工程专业的办学特色与实际教学经验,针对《胶体与界面化学》课程的特点,从教学内容、教学手段、实践性教学环节及考试方法等几个方面探讨了该课程的教学改革,突出针对性和实用性。通过探索适应轻化工程专业《胶体与界面化学》课程需要的培养模式,提出深化轻工专业的《胶体与界面化学》教育教学改革方案、措施和政策性建议,为本专业领域相关课程的优化提升提供借鉴参考。
To integrate the characteristics and practical teaching experience of light industry engineering, the course of "Colloid and Interface Chemistry" focuses on the several aspects of its teaching reform from the teaching content, teaching methods and practical teaching methods to examination. The major of light industry engineering and the curriculum of "Colloid and Interface Chemistry" need the new training mode, which called for enhancing the "Colloid and Interface Chemistry" education reform program, measures and policy recommendations. The study can be oriented to enhance optimization of related courses to provide useful information.
