摘要
目的:探讨一氧化碳中毒患者的认知行为对护理工作的影响。方法:通过护理部设计的护理满意度调查表进行调查统计分析,全部数据输入计算机,采用SPSS 10.0进行统计处理。结果:两组患者对护理工作的满意度比较具有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论:患者的认知行为得以纠正后,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,缓解了医患关系,减少了医疗纠纷及护理投诉,使护理人员的业务水平不断提高,从而推动了护理工作的顺利开展,提高了护理工作质量。
Objective ：To explore the impact of cognitive behavior of carbon monoxide poisoning patients of nursing. Methods ： Through the design of nurses nursing satisfaction questionnaire, carries on the investigation and statistical analysis, all enter data into the computer,using SPSS statistical processing 10. 0. Results ： Two groups of patients to nursing work satisfaction with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion： Patients with cognitive behavioral after corrected,improved the patient to nursing job satisfaction, alleviated the doctorpatient relationship, reduce the medical dispute complaint and nursing, that nursing personnel business level constantly improve, thus pushing the nursing viability, improves the quality of nursing work, the development of nursing career has played a positive role.
