白血病患儿的无缝隙护理

Comperhensive nursing of leukemia children patients

目的:针对白血病患儿的心理与生理特点,采用无缝隙护理手段,提高患儿的依从性,提高化疗缓解率,延长生存期。方法:总结8例白血病患儿在化疗期间采用无缝隙护理的经验。结果:8例患儿累计接受诱导治疗、巩固维持治疗共58例次。完全缓解5例,部分缓解2例,复发后死亡1例。在化疗期间无1例并发症的发生,提高了患儿对化疗的依从性及对护理工作的满意度。结论:对白血病患儿进行无缝隙护理真正体现了整体护理的内涵。

Objective：A practical nursing approach is designed in this study to improve treatment effect of leukemia in terms of physical and psychological properties of infant patients. This method is referred to as comprehensive - nursing, with the aim of ensuring the children compliance with treatment, increasing complete response to chemotherapy and prolonging survival time. Methods：8 infants with leukemia were observed during chemotherapy by using comprehensive - nursingr Results ：8 infants had received induction therapy and consolidation therapy. The therapy number amounts to 58 times ,with 5 cases received complete response afterward ,2case in remission, 1 infant died after recurrence. None suffered complications during the chemotherapy. Conclusion： Comprehensive - nursing plays an active role in improving children＇s compliance with chemotherapy and making a lot of satisfaction from nursing work. It deserves more attention in the society of practical nursing.
