摘要
目的:探讨应用多媒体技术对妊娠糖尿病患者进行健康教育的效果。方法:自行设计制作糖尿病教育专题光盘,建立院外跟踪随访表,将入选的112例妊娠糖尿病患者随机分为两组各56例,实验组应用该多媒体光盘进行教育,对照组采用传统教育方法进行教育。结果:开展健康教育2个月后,实验组在糖尿病相关知识掌握、自我管理能力及血糖控制方面明显优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:多媒体教育可增强妊娠糖尿病患者的教育效果,对患者的康复有着重要意义。
Objective :To discuss the effect of multimedia technology applications on health education for pregnancy diabetics. Methods : Diabetes education project design production, establish the CD outside parliament followed table, will be selected 112 eases of gestatlonal diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups, the application of experimental group with 56 cases on education, multimedia cd - rorn education methods were treated by traditional education. Results:Develop health education after two months, the knowledge in diabetes, self management ability and blood sugar control in experimental group were better than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ).
