摘要
为了提高电力企业现代化管理水平,实现安全生产,根据清江流域电厂的基本情况,结合国内外先进的班组管理经验,总结出电厂班组尤其是设备管理部门的班组标准化管理结构图,并对其中各个部分进行较为深入的分析和总结。
In order to improve modern management level and achieve safety in production for enterprises,based on the basic situation of Qingjiang River valley plant and the advanced team management experience,the paper discussed the structure chart of standardization management of the teams and groups of the power plant,analyzed and summarized their different sections.
