在发达国家城镇化的加速发展期,社会保障发挥了重要作用,并与城乡劳动力市场实现了良性互动。从历史总结看来,社会保障与城乡劳动力市场互动可以说是经济社会发展中的一个基本规律。本文通过互动弹性系数的计量分析,探究和评估城镇化加速期发达国家社会保障与城乡劳动力市场互动的绩效,为我国当前城镇化加速期实施社会保障政策提供一个新的参照系。

During the period of rapid urbanization in developed countries,social security has played an important role.The experiences make it clear that the interaction with social security and labor force market is a basic rule of economy development.This paper exercises the measurement analysis of interaction elastic coefficient.In the rapid period of China urbanization,it has important inspiration to our social security construction that we survey the performance of the interaction with social security and labor force market in developed countries,can also provide a new frame of reference for China implementing social security policy.
