低聚木糖对肉鸭生长性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在肉鸭日粮中添加不同比例的低聚木糖,研究其对肉鸭生长性能的影响。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选取1日龄樱桃谷健康肉鸭200只,把试验随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组5个重复,每个重复10只肉鸭,每个处理间肉鸭体重差异不显著(P>0.05);试验设1个对照组和3个试验组。具体处理如下:对照组饲喂基础日粮+4mg/kg黄霉素,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+0.005%低聚木糖,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+0.01%低聚木糖,试验Ⅲ组饲喂基础日粮+0.02%低聚木糖。饲养期42d。结果表明,在1~3周龄,与对照组相比,试验组的肉鸭平均日增重均不同程度升高,但各处理组间差异并不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组的料肉比降低,但各处理组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。在4~6周龄,与对照组相比,试验组的平均日增重增加,料肉比降低,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);从1~6周龄的饲养全期来看,试验组的平均日增重高于对照组,而料肉比低于对照组,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),总体来看,试验Ⅱ组肉鸭的生长效果最好。 Different proportions of xylo-oligosaccharides were added in the diary feed of broiler ducks to study its effects on the growth performance of meat ducks.Using the single factor fully-random experiment design,200 one-day-old healthy Cherry Valley meat ducks were selected and randomly divided into four groups.There were five repetitions in each group,with each repetition of ten meat ducks.The body weight of meat ducks among different treatments had no significant difference(P0.05).One control group and three test groups were designed in the test.4 mg/kg flavomycin was added to the basal diet of meat ducks in control group.0.005% xylo-oligosaccharides was added to the basal diet of meat ducks in test Ⅰ group.0.01% xylo-oligosaccharides was added to the basal diet of meat ducks in test Ⅱ group.0.02% xylo-oligosaccharides was added to basal diet of meat ducks in test Ⅲ group.And the raising period lasted 42 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of 1-3 week-old meat ducks in test groups increased than control group to different degrees and there was no significant difference among different groups(P0.05).The feed-meat ratio in test Ⅱ group decreased and there was no significant difference among different groups(P 0.05).Compared with control group,the average daily gain of 4-6 week-old meat ducks increased and the feed-meat ratio decreased in test groups and there was no significant difference among different groups(P0.05).For 1-6 week-old meat ducks(the whole raising period),the average daily gain of meat ducks in test groups was higher than that in control group and the feed-meat ratio was lower than that in control group,and there was no significant difference among different groups(P 0.05).All in all,the growth effect of meat ducks in test Ⅱ group was the best.
