摘要
可燃气体的遇火爆炸,是引起加气站、加油站、油库等安全事故的一个主要原因,火源通常来自于静电放电、机械摩擦、碰撞等偶然事件。在所有防范措施中,减少、控制可燃气体的产生和集聚是一个主要措施。加油、加气站及成品油库中可燃气体主要由各种烃类有机物,油气混合气体的危险程度取决于气体中的烃类含量,烃类浓度的准确测试是确保加油加气站安全的重要手段。利用微型计算机控制、GPRS技术进行了控制器的设计,该控制器以89C52单片机为核心,对油气浓度参数进行实时采集、数据处理、数据存储、数据显示等进行调控。同时控制器通过89C52和GPRS模块LT8030之间的通讯,利用已有的网络资源,实现异地远程监控。
The flammable gas in fuel filling station,gas filling station and oil depot is mainly composed of various organic matter of hydrocarbon.The danger degree of composition of oil and gas depends on the hydrocarbon concentration.The accurate test of hydrocarbon concentration is the important means to make sure the security of oil and gas filling station.The hydrocarbon concentration monitor is a widely used measurement instrument with high accuracy.In this text,the controller is designed using microcomputer and GPRS technique,its core is the SCM of 89c52.The controller can collect real time the parameter of oil gas concentration data processing,data memory,data show.It also can realize long-distance control,using the network and the communication via 89C52 and LT8030.
