COX-2在结肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expressions and clinical significance of COX-2 in colon cancer

目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在结肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化法检测39例结肠癌患者癌组织、11例癌旁组织以及18例结肠腺瘤组织的COX-2的表达情况,并对结果进行比较。结果癌组织、癌旁组织以及结肠腺瘤组织COX-2的表达均有显著性差异(P均<0.05),以癌组织COX-2的表达阳性率为高。有淋巴结转移癌组织和无淋巴结转移癌组织COX-2的表达有显著性差异(P<0.05),以有淋巴结转移癌组织COX-2的表达阳性率为高。结肠癌不同分化程度和浸润深度患者的癌组织中COX-2的表达情况有显著性差异(P<0.01),以低分化和浆膜下层组织的阳性率为最高。同时癌组织中COX-2的表达情况随着浸润深度增加和分化程度降低而逐步增强。结论 COX-2蛋白表达水平可能作为诊断结肠癌的一个肿瘤标志物指标,并且与结肠癌的淋巴结转移、分化程度及不同浸润深度有关,有一定的临床意义。

Objective It is to approach the expressions and clinical significance of COX-2 in colon cancer.Methods The expressions of COX-2 in 39 cases of colon cancer,11 cases of para-cancer mucosa and 18 cases of adenomas were detected by immunohistochemistry mothod;and the results were compared among groups.Results There was significant differences in colon cancer,para-cancer mucosa and adenomas（P0.05）,the positive rate of COX-2 was the highest in colon cancer tissues.Significant difference of the COX-2 expressions was found in colon cancer tissues with and without lymph node metastasis（P0.05）,the positive rate of COX-2 was higher in cases with lymph node metastasis.There were significant differences in different grade and infiltration depth colon cancer tissues（P0.01）,the positive rate of COX-2 was the highest in poorly differentiated and serous layer colon cancer tissues.There were linear tendency relationship between the expression of COX-2 and different grade and infiltration depth（P0.01）,the expression of COX-2 enhanced with reduction of histological grade and increase of infiltration depth in cancer tissues.Conclusion The expression level of COX-2 may be the cancer index in diagnosis of colon cancer,and it relates to the expression and lymph node metastasis,different grade and infiltration depth in colon cancer tissues.The expression of COX-2 has clinical significance in colon cancer.
