独一味胶囊在治疗ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征中的效果观察

Effect of Duyiwei Capsule in treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes of type ⅢA

目的观察独一味在治疗ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征中的临床效果。方法采用随机对照法,将确诊为ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的门诊患者80例分为试验组与对照组,其中试验组采用环丙沙星片+多沙唑嗪缓释片+独一味胶囊治疗,对照组采用环丙沙星片+多沙唑嗪缓释片治疗,疗程4周,在治疗前后对患者进行NIH-CPSI分类评分。结果试验组治愈4例,显效21例,有效12例,无效5例,总有效率88%;对照组,治愈3例,显效8例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率68%,2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);NIH-CPSI系统评分表中,疼痛症状评分(A类评分)及总评分试验组较对照组均显著下降(P均<0.05)。结论独一味胶囊在ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的治疗中,可起到明显的镇痛与改善生活质量的作用,可提高慢性前列腺炎的整体疗效。

Objective It is to observe the therapetic effects of Duyiwei Capsule（DC） on patients with chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndromes of type ⅢA（CP/CPPS-ⅢA）.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups,the researched group（42 cases） were treated with Ciprofloxacin tablets ＋ Doxazosin mesylate tablets ＋ DC;and the control group（38 cases） treated with Ciprofloxacin tablets ＋ Doxazosin mesylate tablets,for 4 weeks respectively.The clinical effect was evaluated at the end of the 4th week;their quality of life was estimated by NIH chronic prostatitis syndrome index（NIH-CPSI） as well.Results Out of patients in the researched group,4 cases were cured,notable effect showed in 21 cases,effective in 12 cases,and ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 88%;while in the 38 patients of the control group,3 cases were cured,notable effect showed in 8 cases,effective in 15 cases,and ineffective in 12 cases,the total effective rate were 68%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant in the total efficacy（P0.05）.As compared with the control group,the NIH-CPSI score was significantly lower in the researched group（P0.05）.Conclusion DC can relief the pain of those patient,and may obtain good effect for the treatment of CP/CPPS-ⅢA.
