慢性鼻-鼻窦炎应用克拉霉素与鼻内镜手术效果的比较 被引量：12

摘要 目的比较小剂量、长期克拉霉素与功能性鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果。方法慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者54例,半随机分为2组,药物组应用低剂量克拉霉素治疗,手术组采取功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,3个月后随访其临床症状并行鼻窦CT检查,对其治疗效果进行评估。结果药物组Lund评分为(2.8±4.2)分,手术组为(2.6±3.7)分,均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.01);药物组VAS评分为(2.4±0.7)分,手术组为(2.3±0.4)分,均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.01)。2组Lund评分及VAS评分比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论小剂量、长期克拉霉素与鼻内镜手术一样可有效治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎,部分患者可治愈,且能减少不必要的并发症。
