摘要
高校志愿服务长效机制的建立需借助政府、社区、园区多方力量支持和辅助才能得以实现,具体包涵志愿服务信息交流机制,志愿者组织管理和激励机制,意外风险保障机制等。通过志愿服务信息的交流和沟通,完善组织管理,根据服务志愿动机采取不同的激励机制。
Construction of long-term mechanism mode for volunteer service in universities need to rely on support and assistance from government, community, industrial park and etc. to be achieved, which specifically including information exchange mechanism for voluntary services, management and incentive mechanisms of volunteer organization, protection mechanism of accidents. Through exchange and communication of information of voluntary services and improvement of management in organization, we should take different incentive mechanisms according to different service motivations.
