Preparation and Ionic Conductive Properties of Solid Polyurethane Electrolyte Complexes

摘要 An oligo(polyethylene oxide) of hard segments(HP) was obtained from polyethylene glycol(PEO), 4,4’-diphenylmethanediisocyanate(MDI) and 1,4-butane diol(BD). Aserials of solid polyurethane electrolyte complexes were successfully prepared from the blends of solid polyurethane electrolytes and HP .The solid polyurethane electrolytes included polypropylene oxide polyurethane/NaClO4 electrolyte(PPO-PU/NaClO4), and polyurethane electrolyte with ionized polyethylene oxide segments.FT-IR was used to characterize the samples. Studies on the ionic conductive properties of the samples showed that the ionic conductivities of the polyurethane electrolyte complexes were all much higher than those of their counterparts without HP, and their temperature-conductivity dependence could not be well expressed by Arrhenlus equation.
