摘要
太阳能光伏发电所处的工作环境较为恶劣,并网光伏逆变器作为光伏发电系统的重要组成部分,在各种严酷的高、低温、湿热环境下,安全性能指标都必须满足技术要求。为了考核逆变器在环境下的安全性能,搭建了环境试验平台,分别研究了国内外标准对低温、高温、湿热的要求和区别,并通过试验研究了逆变器在不同温度状态下的工作运行情况,监测了关键元器件的温升。试验研究结果表明:低温启动和高温持续运行,能够更为合理和严酷的考核逆变器的安全性能。
The work environment for solar photovoltaic power generation is quite bad, and the index of safety performance of grid photovoltaic (PV) power inverter, which is an important part of the photovoltaic power generation system, must meet the technical requirements in all kinds of harsh dry, cold, and humid environment. In order to assess the safety performance of the inverter in environment, environment test platform was built; the requirements for standard low temperature, high temperature, and humidity as well as their difference at home and abroad were studied; through an experiment, the working situation of inverter in different temperature was studied, and the temperature rise of key components was monitored. Test results show that cold start and dry continued operation can provide a reasonable and harsh assessment of the safety performance of inverter.
