示波滴定法测定维生素E

Determination of Vitamin E by Oscillographic Tirtration

在ｐＨ 为１ ．２ 的酸性溶液中，维生素Ｅ与过量Ｆｅ（ Ⅲ） 进行氧化还原反应，然后在ｐＨ为２ 的ＨＣｌＫＣｌ 底液中，用ＥＤＴＡ标准溶液回滴过量的Ｆｅ（ Ⅲ） ，以示波滴定图上Ｆｅ（ Ⅲ） 的切口消失为滴定终点，从而测定维生素Ｅ。该法的终点观察清晰、客观，简便易行。

It is found that a sensitive and sharp cut is shown on the oscillogram at end point of the titration of EDTA with standard Fe(Ⅲ) solution.Based on this phenomenon,a method for the determination of vitamin E is established by using back titration excess EDTA for reaction of EDTA with vitamin E.
