摘要 目的了解5年制师范生的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对唐山师院玉田分校1~5年级1079名师范生进行调查。结果在躯体症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、敌意、妄想和精神病性方面存在性别差异(t=-3.71,-4.85,-3.67,-7.42,4.18,4.25;P<0.001和t=2.47,P<0.05)。不同年级学生在躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、妄想、精神病性9个因子上存在显著的差异(F=8.77,16.75,16.71,10.29,7.28,16.89,26.79,12.40,22.30;P<0.001)。结论女生更容易出现躯体症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖,男生更容易出现敌意、妄想、精神病性;二年级学生心理健康状况最差,应是心理健康教育的重点。 Objective To know the five-year students' mental health.Methods Using Symptom Check List 90,1079 students from Yutian Branch of Tangshan Teachers' College were investigated.Results Gender differences were in physical symptom,depression,anxiety,terror,hostility,paranoid,psychoticism.Statistical index were respectively(t=-3.71,-4.85,-3.67,-7.42,4.18,4.25;P0.001;t=2.47,P0.05).The different grade students showed significant differences in physical symptom,force,interpersonal sensitive,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoid,psychoticism.Value of F were respectively:(8.77,16.75,16.71,10.29,7.28,16.89,26.79,12.40,22.30;P0.001).Conclusion Girls are more likely to have physical symptom,depression,anxiety and terror,boys are more likely to have hostility,paranoia,psychoticism.Mental health education to the second grade students should be the key.
