摘要
目的探讨大学生对企业履行社会责任行为的态度、主观规范与就业意向之间的关系。方法采用自编就业意向问卷、对企业社会责任行为态度问卷和主观规范问卷,对426名广州市高校学生进行了调查研究。结果①不同性别大学生的主观规范差异达到显著性水平(F=6.98,P<0.01);②回归分析发现,大学生对企业社会责任行为的态度以及主观规范对大学生就业意向具有正向的预测作用(t=47.635,P<0.001;t=12.867,P<0.01)。结论大学生对企业社会责任行为的态度、主观规范对大学生的就业意向有一定影响。
Objective To explore the relationship among attitude towards corporate social responsibility(CSR) behavior,subject norm and employment intention for college students.Methods A total of 426 college students in Guangzhou were surveyed with Employment-intention Questionnaire,Attitude towards CSR Questionnaire and Subject Norm Questionnaire.Results ① Subject norm of the students with various sex showed significant difference(F=6.98,P0.01).② Regression analysis showed that the attitude towards CSR behavior and subject norm contributed to the employment intention of college student(t=47.635,P0.001;t=12.867,P0.01).Conclusion Both the attitude towards CSR behavior and and subject norm have impact on the employment intention of college students.
