摘要
研究了菊芋中菊糖的酸催化水解。通过改变常压下菊糖酸催化水解的反应条件研究了反应动力学 。
The hydrolysis reaction of Inulin contained in Jerusalem artichoke was studied by using acid as catalysts.The kinetics of this reaction was studied by means of changing the factors which affect the catalytic hydrolysis.The results show that the catalytic hydrolysis reaction under atmospheric pressure is in line with the law of first order consecutive reaction.
