围手术期抗菌药物应用的合理性分析

Investigation on rationality of prophylactic utilization of antibiotics in perioperative period

目的调查分析围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用的合理性。方法收集2006年8月1～31日医院106例外科手术患者的病历资料,对抗菌药物的应用合理性进行分析。结果抗菌药物不合理的预防性应用主要为术后用药疗程>2d(52/85,61.2%),未在术前2h内给药(40/106,37.7%),药物品种选用不当(38/106,35.8%);其次为药物的联用、剂量、稀释不当以及对药敏试验重视不够。结论由于围手术期抗菌药物的预防性应用中存在一些不适当的情况,故应加强贯彻落实《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,以利于抗菌药物的合理应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the rationality of prophylactic utilization of antibiotics in perioperative period. Methods The medical records of 106 surgical patients in the hospital were collected from the 1st to the 31st of August, 2006, and the rationality of prophylactic utilization of antibiotics was analyzed. Results Firstly, the irrational utilization of antibiotics during perioperative period were that the duration use of antibiotics after surgery was more than 2 days （52/85,61.2%） , drugs were not used within 2 hours before surgery（40/106,37.7% ） , the selection of antibiotics was incorrect （38/106,35.8%）. Secondly, the combination, dosage and dilution of antibiotics were not rational and people didn＇ t pay enough attention to the drug sensitivity test. Conclusions It is necessary to carry out ＂Guidelines on Clinical Use of Antibiotics＂ for some inappropriate utilization of antibiotics for prophylaxis in perioperative period to improve the rational use of antibiotics.
