针药结合治疗脑梗死56例临床疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on treatment of 56 cases of cerebral Infarction with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine

目的观察针药结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 56例脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组单纯予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用针刺联合中药化痰通络汤加减治疗,均于治疗过程中密切观察临床症状、体征及神经功能改善情况,进行神经功能缺损评分,并于治疗结束后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为85.7%,对照组总有效率为67.9%,治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组,二者相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用针药结合治疗脑梗死,治疗效果优于单纯西医常规治疗。

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with chinese medicine on cerebral infarction , Methods Totally 56 cases patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups by means of random number table. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with resolving phlegm and modified dredging collaterals decoction based on the control group. The neurological was scored, and clinical effect was observed between control group and treatment group after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 85.7% and 67.9% respectively, there has a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine on cerebral infarction is better than routine treatment.
