中药生肌玉红膏加用盐酸丁卡因胶浆用于肛肠科术后的疗效观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine shengji yuhong paste adding Tetracaine Hydrochloride Jelly used in Postoperative anus

目的为观察中药生肌玉红膏及盐酸丁卡因胶浆用于肛肠科术后的疗效,方法将肛肠科术后患者359例分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组260例,术后使用生肌玉红膏加盐酸丁卡因胶浆,对照组199例,术后常规使用凡士林纱条换药,术后观察切口愈合时间及疼痛时间。结果结果表明,中药生肌玉红膏加盐酸丁卡因胶浆在切口愈合方面及止痛作用明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药生肌玉红膏加盐酸丁卡因胶浆是促进肛肠科术后切口愈合及止痛的有效方法。

Objective To obserre postoperative curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Sheng Jiyuhong paste and Tetracaine Hydrochloride Jellye used in anus bowel division. Methods Anus bowel division postoperative 359 patients divided into the treatment group and control group, the treatment group 260 cases, postoperative use SheJiyuhong paste adding Tetracaine Hydrochloride Jellye, 99 cases of control group, the routine use of vaseline gauze strip postoperative observation incision, changeover healing time and pain. Results The results show that, Chinese medicine time She- Jiyuhong paste adding Tetracaine Hydrochloride Jellye in healing of incision aspect and analgesic effect obviously better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions This method is the effective method and pain relief to promote anus bowel division postoperative incision healing .
