摘要
宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,近年来国内外学者针对环氧合酶-2的表达与宫颈癌及其不同临床病理特征之间的关系进行了大量的流行病学研究。环氧合酶-2参与了肿瘤的发生发展,环氧合酶-2的表达与宫颈癌及其临床病理特征间存在关联。环氧合酶-2通过影响细胞的生长,促进了肿瘤新生血管的形成及肿瘤的生长和转移,增强了肿瘤细胞的浸润能力,抑制了肿瘤细胞的凋亡,影响了免疫监视及预后。因此,调控环氧合酶-2基因的表达将有可能成为防治宫颈癌的新靶点。目前,从分子水平探索宫颈癌的发病机理,寻找早期诊断、有效治疗和预后评估成为国内外研究学者关注的热点问题,而特异性环氧舍酶-2抑制剂在宫颈癌预防治疗中的价值有待进一步研究证实。该文就环氧合酶-2的表达特点及其与宫颈癌的关系进行了综述。
Cervical cancer is the most cormnon gynecologic cancer. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have done a large number of epidemiological studies on the relationship between cyclooxygenase-2 (Cox-2) expression and clinicopathologic characteristics of cervical cancer. More and more information implies that Cox-2 participates in the development of tumors, and there is relationship between Cox-2 expression and the clinicopathologic features of cervical cancer. Cox-2 promotes tumor angiogenesis and tumor growth and its ability of metastasis by influencing the growth of ceils, and increases invasive ability of tumor ceils, prohibits apoptosis of tumor cells, and influences immunologic surveillance and prognosis. Adjusting Cox-2 gene expression may become a new target for prevention of cervical cancer. Currently, exploring the pathogenesis of cervical cancer from molecular level and looking for early diagnosis, effective treatment and prognosis have become hot issues concerned by researchers both at home and abroad. The value of specific Cox-2 inhibitor in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer needs to be confirmed by further studies. In this paper, the features of Cox-2 expression and its cnrrelation with cervical cancer were reviewed.
