Menin在翼状胬肉中的异常表达

摘要 目的探讨menin蛋白在初发性翼状胬肉组织中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学染色和Western Blotting方法对30例初发性翼状胬肉组织进行menin蛋白的检测,并与26例正常人结膜组织进行对照。结果 Menin蛋白在正常人结膜上皮细胞和结膜基质血管内皮细胞的细胞核内强阳性表达;Menin蛋白在翼状胬肉的结膜上皮细胞和基质血管内皮细胞的细胞浆内表达明显下调,弱阳性表达不再定位于细胞核内。结论 Menin蛋白表达异常可能在促进翼状胬肉上皮细胞和基质血管内皮细胞过度增殖中发挥重要的调控作用。 【Objective】 To evaluate the expression of menin by pterygium so as to understand the pathogenesis of this disorder.【Methods】 The immunohistochemical staining and Western blotting were performed in 30 patients with primary pterygium,compared to normal conjunctival epithelia,to determine the expression of menin proteins.【Result】 Menin protein was stronger positive expression in nuclei by normal conjunctival epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells of conjunctival stroma.Compared to normal conjunctiva,the expression of menin protein was down-regulated in cytoplasm by pterygium conjunctival epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells of conjunctival stroma,not in nuclei any more.【Conclusion】 Abnormal expression of menin protein may play key role on promoting abnormal excessive proliferation of pterygium conjunctival epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells of conjunctival stroma.
