术毕使曲用马多对全身麻醉后寒战的预防

Use of surgery tramadol on prevention of shivering after general anesthesia

目的观察术毕使用曲马多对麻醉后寒战的预防。方法 80例患者随机分成2组(每组40人),分别术毕使用曲马多1 mg/kg和生理盐水,观察2组患者麻醉后寒战评分及寒战的发生率。结果 2组患者一般情况差异无显著性,曲马多1 mg/kg组麻醉后寒战的发生率显著减低。结论曲马多1 mg/kg能有效地降低麻醉后寒战的发生率。

【Objective】 To observe the use of surgery tramadol on the prevention of shivering after anesthesia.【Methods】 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups（40 in each group） who were given saline or tramadol 1 mg/kg after anesthesia.The incidence of shivering and shivering scores were observed in both groups after anesthesia.【Results】 There were no significant differences in general conditions of both groups.The incidence of shivering after anesthesia in tramadol 1 mg/kg group was significantly decreased.【Conclusion】 Tramadol 1 mg/kg can lower the incidence of shivering after anesthesia.
