摘要
研究了用 Luminol H2 O2 体系化学发光检测 NO。优化实验条件下 ,当 NO的浓度在 1 .7× 1 0 - 12 mol L至 1 .7× 1 0 - 9mol L范围内时 ,浓度的对数值与相对发光强度的对数值呈线性关系 ,检出限为 1 .7× 1 0 - 13mol L。
The optimum conditions for determination NO using Luminol H 2O 2 system were investigated. Experimental results showed that optimum pH value of this system was 9.0, reacting temperature was 30℃, chemiluminescent reagent was consisted of 6.0 ×10 -8 mol/L luminol and 1.0×10 -6 mol/L H 2O 2 and carbonate buffer solution. Under the optimum conditions, the logarithm value of relative light intensity is proportional to that of concentration of NO in the range from 1.7×10 -12 to 1.7×10 -9 mol/L. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.992, and the detection limit was 1.7×10 -13 mol/L.
