摘要
高校突发事件归根结底是人的问题,其解决之道更是人的思想政治教育问题。思想政治教育在应对高校突发事件中有思想预测、鼓舞士气、矛盾化解和心理调适功能。根据一般突发事件的生命周期,在应对高校突发事件中构建思想政治教育模式,主要是建立事发前的危机预警机制、事发时的应急处置机制和事发后的舆论引导机制。
Ultimately the human factor plays a central role in campus emergency management. Thus, the key to effective management lies in an emergency education approach that focuses on the ideology of the stakeholders. Ideological education has four major functions, namely identification and elimination of potential psychological causes of emergencies, morale raising, conflict resolution and psychological ad- justment. This paper proposes an ideology - oriented emergency education model based on the knowledge of the repetitive cycles of different types of college campus emergencies. The core components of the model include an early warning mechanism, a first response mechanism, and a post - emergency media control mechanism.
