摘要
信息不对称在高职院校毕业生就业过程中有诸多表现,因事前信息不对称而产生的"逆向选择"和事后信息不对称而产生的"道德风险"是造成高职院校毕业生就业困难的主要原因,本文旨在对这些表现和原因进行浅析并指出走出困境的可能路径。
For polytechnic graduates, the imbalance of power arising from information asymmetry represents a major obstacle in their effort for employment. Prior information asymmetry may result in adverse selection whereas post information asymmetry may give rise to moral hazard. This study intends to analyze causes of such problems, and on that basis, make suggestions on how to address them.
