摘要
悬浮式内摇臂抱杆分解组塔能够在施工场地比较狭窄的山区组装施工,适合于特高压输电线路高塔组立。介绍了悬浮式内摇臂抱杆的设计方法、稳定措施及其分解组塔的施工工艺,包括现场布置、抱杆起立、塔腿组装、抱杆提升、塔身吊装、曲臂横担吊装和抱杆拆除。该施工技术在工程实践中取得了很好的效果。
Tower construction in decompose assembling with suspension internal rocker derrick can be implemented in narrow fields of mountain areas,thus it is suitable for the constructure of high towers for UHV transmission lines.This paper introduces the design of suspension internal rocker derrick,measures to steady derrick and tower construction technics in decompose assembling,including the arrangement of job location,derrick uprise,installation of the tower bottom,derrick erection,tower body lifting,rocker crossarm lifting and derrick backout.The construction technics work well in engineering practices.
