摘要
针对目前国内电力调度信息披露系统普遍存在数据不完整、披露方式不规范、分析展示技术手段滞后等问题,提出南方电网调度信息披露平台的设计方案。该方案实现了"1+X"数据汇总机制、分对象的信息发布模式,具备多维分析的指标报表展示方式,符合所有关于电网调度信息披露法规要求,并能全面满足不同披露对象需求。
Aiming at the problems of data imperfect,disclosure in lack of standardization,and analytical techniques show in lag,this paper presents a design scheme of dispatching information disclosure platform for China Southern Power Grid.The scheme follows the mechanism of ＂1＋ X ＂ data aggregation and information dissemination sub-object mode,and adopts the indicators report shows with multi-dimensional analysis,and is in agree with the requirements of information disclosure regulations over power grid dispatching,and able to fully meet the needs of verious dissemination sub-objects.
