In this article, Islamic ethics as well as its basic scope and contents are exposed in detail. It condudes that in the contemporary society in which multi-cultures co-exist, Islamic ethics is also an indispensible part in constructing civilization systems co-existing in harmony, therefore it is of great realistic meaning for the dialogues and communications between civilizations.
