Through analyzing the principle of main hoistr＇s main circuit in new wells of Junde Coal Mine,the defects are found,the specific transformation methods and principle are proposed.The failure and maintenance methods of the main circuit in the winch control system are expounded.The reliability and security of the main winch operation are improved,it is conducive to further improve the electrical control system.
