摘要
水泵在给水的过程中,由于叶轮前后盖板不对称而产生轴向力,其影响电机周转工作的稳定。电机轴向磁拉力,经合理设计,可以成为一个能平衡电机轴向力的动反力,用来解决电机运行中的轴向力不平衡问题。通过设计试验,电机在轴向位移6 mm以内,平衡3 655 N以内的轴向力,可以满足电机日常负荷下的工作需要。
The axial force that is caused by unbalanced front and back covers of impeller,results in motor instable operation.Through a reasonable design,the motor axial magnetic pull could become a dynamic reaction of balancing pump axial force,for solving the balance problem of motor running.Through experiment,the axial displacement within 6mm,could balance axial force within 3655 N,to meet the requirement of motor work load in daily life.
