摘要
在循环冷却水处理中,通常采用投加水处理剂的方法控制系统的结垢、腐蚀。聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、木质素磺酸钠、腐植酸钠等具有无磷、易降解、不产生二次污染,吸附钙、镁离子、无毒、无害的特点。文章模拟火电厂循环冷却水水质,试验了PASP的阻垢性能,并与其它类型的阻垢剂进行阻垢性能的对比。采用HSn-70A材料试验PASP的缓蚀性能。结果表明,铜在PASP优化复配方案水处理剂中的腐蚀速度约为0.000 94 mm/a。复合配方较单一PASP对碳酸钙结垢有较好的阻垢效果。在电厂循环冷却水处理中有广泛的应用前景。
In the circulating cooling water treatment,the water treatment agent is commonly added to control system scaling,corrosion.Polyaspartic acid(PASP),lignin sulfonate,humic acid have some characteristics,such as sodium phosphate-free,readily biodegradable,no secondary pollution,absorption of calcium and magnesium ions,non-toxic,harmless.The water quality of thermal power plant cooling water is simulated,the performance test of PASP scale is carried out,and with other types of scale inhibitor for performance comparison.PASP corrosion inhibition is tested with HSn-70A materials.The results show that the optimal mixture of the PASP water treatment agent,the corrosion rate of copper is about 0.000 94 mm/a.The compound formula for calcium carbonate scale has good scale inhibition effects than the single PASP.It has a wide range of applications in circulating cooling water treatment.
