摘要
对机电一体化系统的可靠性从硬件故障和软件故)障两方面进行了分析,提出了相应的诊断方法和维修方法。以系统的结构和故障信号综合为依据,对各类故障进行综合与分析,从而将机电一体化控制系统的故障分为硬件逻辑故障、软件故障和瞬态干扰故障等几大类型。
The reliability of the electromechanical system is analyzed from hardware faults and software faults.The corresponding methods of diagnosis and maintenance are proposed.Based on the system structure and faults signal,various types of faults are integrated and analyzed.Thus the faults of electromechanical integration control system are divided into hardware logic faults,software faults and transient interference faults,such as several types of faults.
