摘要
建立了测定烟草中β-胡萝卜素的高效薄层色谱扫描方法,以V(苯)vV(丙酮)= 4v1为展开剂,检测波长450 nm ,线性范围50 ng~0.5 μg,最低检测限20 ng。方法简便、灵敏、快速、重现性好。
This paper reports the high performance thin\|layer chromatography (HPTLC) determination of β \|carotene in tobacco. The developer used was V (benzene)∶ V (acetone)=4∶1.The detection wavelength was 450 nm. The linear range and the detectable limit of the method were 50 ng\|0.5 μg and 20 ng per spot of β \|carotene respectively. The method has been proved to be simple, sensitive,accurate and reproducible.
