通过对地质灾害信息、危害对象信息、应急处置资源信息的分析、提取、集成,研制开发了基于GIS的地质灾害综合管理与应急指挥系统。系统集地质灾害宏观管理与微观处置于一体,通过对灾害发生前、中、后各个应急处置环节进行管理、指挥、调度,实现地质灾害应急处置科学有序、快速高效的目标。系统具有实时传输地质灾害信息、对灾害进行预报预警、远程会商应急措施、指挥调度应急行动、对防灾信息进行系统管理5大基本功能。
