对目前应用于药物缓释体系中的可生物降解材料的合成及应用作了广泛而深入的总结与评述,并就其发展趋势作了预测。参考文献20篇。
The preparation of biodegradable polymers and their application in controlled drug delivery were reviewed in details. A prospect for the research and development of the new material in controlled drug delevery was also made.20 references were presented.
