摘要
建立了药芯焊丝连轧机的多变量数学模型,通过对轧制过程中系统各部分张力因素的分析,利用奇异摄动和变结构控制理论综合运用的方法,对现有药芯焊丝连轧机系统进行了理论分析与研究和优化,设计了针对药芯焊丝连轧机系统的滑模奇异摄动控制,可有效控制轧件所受张力,保证生产线的正常运行- 通过对系统的仿真实验及结果的比较,控制效果比较满意- 图3 ,参6-
In this paper, a multivariable model of the flux-cored mills is built. On the basis of analysis of the factors of effecting the tension, by using the singular perturbation theory and the variable structure control theory, research on the system of the flux-cored mills is carried out. Furthermore, a singular perturbation control is got. Utilize this method optimizing system design, it can control the tension validly and make product smoothly. According to the system simulation and its result, we obtain a satisfied controlling performance 3tabs.,6refs
